Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of our website and purchase of our bronze memorial products.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Legacy Bronze (“Legacy Bronze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), part of the H Memorial Group. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of legacybronze.com and your purchase of our custom bronze memorial plaques and related products and services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

01

Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who misuses the site.

02

Custom Products & Proof Approval

Our bronze plaques are made to order and customized to your specifications. Before we begin casting, we provide a design proof for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details — spelling, dates, names, layout, size, finish, and emblems — and approve the proof in writing.

Once you approve a proof and production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, because each plaque is uniquely manufactured for you. Errors present in an approved proof are not eligible for a free replacement.

03

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability; in such cases any payment taken will be refunded.

04

Production & Shipping

Most bronze plaques are completed within approximately 10 weeks from proof approval, followed by shipping. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, foundry schedules, and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your plaque promptly on arrival and report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours.

05

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except where a plaque arrives damaged or contains an error we made relative to your approved proof. In those cases, we will repair or replace the plaque at no charge. Orders may be cancelled for a refund only before proof approval and the start of production.

06

Warranty

Legacy Bronze provides a lifetime structural warranty covering material durability and craftsmanship under normal conditions. Bronze naturally develops a patina over time, which is expected and not a defect. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation by third parties, vandalism, or acts of nature.

07

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Legacy Bronze or the H Memorial Group and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission.

08

Content You Provide

When you submit text, photos, artwork, or other materials for your plaque, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them for the purpose of producing your order. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Bronze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

11

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
